Hello,
Recurrent belly button infections are very common as this place is moist and humid which becomes very conducive for various types of bacterial and fungal infections.Treatment involves regular cleaning of area and keeping the area dry.
Antibiotics are given after getting the swab culture done.
You must complete the course of metrogyl as advised with local application of metronidazole ointment.
Your tummy button has pushed to a side because of scar tissue formed after the gall bladder surgery. It is not be worried and is a normal thing.
Thanks
