Bad Bloating, Pain In Stomach Under Ribcage, Passing Gas, Heaviness Before Periods. Any Ideas?

Just before my period get very bad bloating, pain at the top of my stomach right underneath the rib cage. I also pass wind and burb, but heavy like a man. Feeling tired and lasts now till the end of my period. I'm 41, never had kids, been like this for 3 days now and haven't even started bleeding yet. Any ideas what it is?

Hi,
This symptoms might be due to starting your period.
As you are 41 years, there might be some delay or early period is common due to hormonal changes occurring at this age.
