Bad Chest Pain, Tingling In Left Arm, High BP. Relief With Rennies. Acid Reflux?

Hi, I'm a 20yr old woman and I'm having quite bad chest pain, probably from acid reflux, and tingling in my left arm. My pulse rate is 104 and my blood pressure was quite high (when I took it myself a few mins ago) at around 150/110. If taken rennies nd they've helped slightly. Can acid reflux cause numbness in the arms?

I don't think your symptoms are related to acid reflux. Your blood pressure is quite high. Is it the same in both arms? I would see your GP or go to the Urgent care to see if they can find anything. You should have some blood work done, an EKG and a chest x-ray.
