You might be having pharyngitis, could be due to post nasal drip.

Take steam inhalation 2-3 times a day.
do warm salt water gargling 2-3 times adays, it helps to clean your throat.
You can take NSAIDS to reduce inflammation and pain, like paracetamol 500mg.
As you are having greenish yellow discharge it shows infection, needs antibiotic treatment , tab. azithromycin 500mg once a day for 3 day

Consult your doctor for examination and management if this does not reduce your symptoms.

sinusitis yes these have same symtomps written by you
as there are sinuses infections there is post nasal drip which cause soar throat and the mucus in eustachian tube cause ear problems and fall in voice box causes swelling of vocal cord leading to loss of voice
get metronidazle200 mg bd for 10 dayss hey cler sinuses very fast
take antialeric fexofenadine 120 mg bd to decrease mucus from sinuses
add antacid tds to smotthen the food canals
and prevent gerd
antiallergic cough syp bd for cough
apply neomycin h ointment in nose bd to clear thenose and preven alergy
sea water 2 drops at night each nose to clear back of throat and ears
in case of excessive voce problem short course of tapering steroids
get xray pns waters view and consult doctor to treat it permanently
