Bad Cough With Heaviness In Chest, Lightheaded, Fever, Severe Pain In Back. Any Thoughts?
Ok, at around 9:54 am I started to develop a bad cough; where when ever I cough it felt like my chest being squished by a heavy object and you can't breathe. Then about 12:20 pm I started to feel light-headed. Which then a couple minutes later turned into a fever. Approximately 2:27pm I felt a sharp pain in my back. It's currently 10:46 pm right now and I still feel lightheaded/fever (whenever I move) and my back really hurts. Due to my back I feel really weak (with a little bit of numbness) and sometimes it feels like my back (preferably lower back) is stiffing up. What do I do? How do I treat it? Do I have to worry about it? Oh, and this morning around 6:00am a small (and I mean small) black spider that was crawling on my neck.
HI Thank for asking to HCM I really can understand your problem, this could be lower respiratory infection may be due to virus you can have Acetaminophen tab 600 mg twice a day with long acting anti-histamine "Levocetrizine" would be drug of choice, you have to take complete bed rest if you did not get well within the couple of days, (I mean it is feeling of well being otherwise the viral infection takes 5 to 7 days for complete cure) then you have to be seen by doctor for further investigation and clinical examination have nice day.
