Dizziness, eye pain and fatigue are commonly caused by
dehydration, excessive exposure to sunlight,
hypoglycemia, vision problems, migraine,
iron deficiency anemia, poor general heath, side effects of certain medicine, etc. Since you had
sore throat & its better now, you should continue to gargle with warm salt water. Take semi solid food like oats meals, porridge, etc. so that you do not hurt your throat.
Take multivitamins & food rich in iron, calcium and protein to overcome general weakness that is causing fatigue. Get clinically examined by a GP, get a complete medical check up done. Get all blood examinations, investigations & imaging tests done, get treated at the earliest. Stay well hydrated to maintain the body electrolyte system. Make sure your vitals are normal. Stay away from addictions if any.
