Bad Cramps, Low Appetite, Back Hurts. Tylenol Is Not Helping. Alternative Medication ?

i had some bad craps the other day so i was taking tylenol for it. Between the two days i probably took about 20 pills. I know thats a lil more then it should be but the tylenol just wasnt helping and i didnt know what elsse to do. today ive been fine just havent had much of an eppetite and my lower right side of my back hurts. should i bhe concerned?

Hi there,

Thanks for your query.

You have not mentioned your gender; or, the duration of the cramps.

If you are a female, these cramps may be due to impending periods or, to vaginal infection or uterus abnormalities.

If you are a male, then, the cramps may be due to acute constipation, intestinal infection or worm infestation.

Tylenol will NOT help in cramps. Take anti-spasmodics such as, dicyclamine or drotavarine tablets.

Consult your doctor and apprise him of my opinion. I am certain that he agree with me, order required tests, and- based on the reports- will prescribe suitable treatment as advised.
