Bad Head Cold, Heavy Discharge, Itchiness, Congestion. Remedy?

I have come down with a bad head cold and yesterday I noticed I had a lot of discharge , when I wiped it was light green and chunky. Today it is a bit itchy. I m all stuffed up so I cannot tell if there is an odour or not. It s Christmas so I can t go and see a Doctor And I m starting to panic. I have a mirena in and I also have endometriosis but have never had this issue.

hello sasha, this is viral , so take antibiotic cefixime 200mg twice daily with nimuslide plus paracetamol combination. you can take cetrizine 10 mg daily if you feel irritation of throat.
