Morning, I have a bad headache with puffy eyes and am struggling to focus on my system at work thismorning. My ears are also burning and I have had long term exmae in my ears (32yrs) Would you suggest any certain pain killers other than paracetmol and codine and ibuprofen as I am already taking these. Thankyou for your time.

DEAR SIR/MADAM

USUALLY BAD HEAD ACHES WITH PUFFY EYES ARE DUE TO REFRACTORY ERRORS OF EYES . DID YOU CHECK YOUR VISION FOR SHORTSIGHTEDNESS.

CHECK WITH YOUR OPHTHALMOLOGIST ONCE. NEXT SINCE IT IS ASSOCIATED WITH BURNING EARS PAINKILLERS ARE ALONE NOT SUFFICIENT TO SUBSIDE THE PAIN. IT OFTEN REQUIRES ANTIBIOTICS SUCH AS AZITHROMYCIN WITH ANALGESICS.

THANK YOU
