Bad Headaches, Dizziness And Bad Stomach. Why Stomach Ulcer?
My partner is experiencing a bad headache , dizziness , and bad stomach at the moment. He is in Sicily right now and has been to the doctor regarding his bad stomach, he is still waiting for results. He is also tired, the doctor suggested he may have a stomach ulcer . Right now he is unwell and not feeling good. Any ideas please?

i think you need to get xray pns waters view as the heaches you are talking may be of sinusitis and if it remains undiagnosed the post nasal drip of sinusitis continuously can make stomach up set
