Bad Sunburnt, Chest Discomfort, Hurts While Sleeping. What Disease Can This Be?

hi, im a male 20 years old and i was at the beach past 2 days and i got badly sunburnt (im used to it because i get it each year) but when i came home i felt some kind of discomfort in the middle of my chest , and when i went to sleep it started to hurt mildly for about 30-45 minutes then it stoped. Do you know what disease or condition i have? its the first time it hapened to me, i thought i was dieing

Your symptoms suggest that you had an episode of heart burn along with mild heat stroke.. The good thing is that they are both temporary conditions with no long term effects.. Lesson for you is that when you plan episodes of long duration in the sun you should be well hydrated and properly fed. Also you should use a sunscreen of spf> 30...
