Hello,
You already have Plantar fascitis in your left foot. 2 weeks ago you had injury in the right medial malleolus of ankle joint, which was red and developed a bump, later resolved. Now you have pain posterior to your medial malleolus radiating down to the heel. You are worried about a possibility of tibial nerve injury.
As per your complaints the possibility of tibial nerve injury is not possible. The tibial nerve and artery are in a well protected compartment deep behind the medial malleolus.
I like to ask 2 questions to you
1) Were you able to walk after the injury and was there any open wound
2) Any X-Ray taken
If X - ray is not taken, X-ray to be taken, even if fracture is not there some amount of tendon injury or hemaoma may be there which needs an elastocreepe bandage or POP according severity of the damage.
Proper immobilization, rest, antibiotic + pain killers are important for cure.
Best wishes
