Based On The WIDAL Report, Is My Wife Suffering From Typhoid?
My Wifes WIDAL report says Salmonelia Typhi H 1:80 Salmonelia Typhi O 1:80 Salmonelia Paratyphi AH 1:80 Salmonelia Paratyphi BH 1:80 Salmonelia Paratyphi AO Salmonelia Paratyphi BO Is she suffering from typhoid. If yes what should be the course of the treatment.

No,she is not suffering from typhoid fever.Other causes of fever should be searched.
Single result of salmonela Typhi O or H titre values should be equal or greater than 1:180 for positive results.Otherwise four fold increase in sequential titration is confirmatory.
