Been Experiencing Chest Pain And Tightness. Is It Residual Congestion? Why Is It Consistent?
I have been experiencing chest pain and tightness over the past week. I am just coming off a bad cold , and thought maybe it could be residual congestion in my chest. But at times my heart feels jumpy and I get a bit lightheaded. Usually the chest tightness comes and goes, but it has been consistent today. Any idea what it could be?
Hi, thank you for writing to healthcare Magic. I have gone through your query and understood your concerns. Chest pain associated with tightness could have several causes (from lungs and elsewhere) but in this case, I think a heart problem needs to be ruled out. In my opinion, I would suggest that you see a GP or cardiologist for proper assessment. I hope I have answered your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. We will be delighted to answer your questions. I wish you good health
