Hi,
I'm 47 and have been treated for Hashimoto's thyroiditis for about 9 years and since one year back my lab results are in normal range. As for sports I do spinning 4hours/week, strength training 30 min for 5 days/week and pilates 1hour/week and about 3hours walking/week. I eat very healthy and only eat a small amount of carbs everyday. Don't drink soda or eat any fast food and try to put in a lot of protein in every meal. When I lost my husband 2,5 years ago I lost 30 pounds and was at a good healthy weight of 141 lb. (I'm 5'8). At the time I ate like a mouse, literally, which I know is not healthy. Now that I'm "recovered" and eat and excersice like a "normal" person I have a hard time to keep certain areas without extra "fat deposits" so I would like to ask if liposuction or any other treatment could be recommended under the circumstances? My biggest question is if I do lipo and excersice and eat as of now, wouldn't the same fat deposits build up again after a while? My areas of concern are above all my back (love handles) and my lower stomach.
Thank you in advance for answering my questions? Anne
