Being Diagnosed With Viral Conjectivitis

I am having viral conjectivitis from the last 5 days...doc has prescribed some eye drops and for ear pain, headache and fever has prescribed Ibugesic Plus...when I take this, I am having chest discomfort (gastric, I believe) so I stopped that and took Dolo 650 but the fever remains high...so changed again to Ibugesic plus...my fever reduced..but this gastric problem is back again and remains so for several hours...is there any alternative that is better than Dolo and not as harsh as Ibugesic?

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having viral conjunctivitis associated with ear pain, headache and fever. The treatmentis by use of aantibiotic eye drops and antiinflammatory and antipyretic drugs.
Since you are having gastritis with ibuprofen you can take drugs like omeorazole before taking ibuprofen.
The other alternative drugs are acetaminophen or aceclonac or nimesulide.

Thank you
