Big Bump In Nose Oozing Yellow Brownish Fluid And Swollen. Doctor Visit Required?

Hi ! My nose has been itching for a couple of days. I figured it was a cold sore so I have been using abreva. Woke up today with a big bump (like pimple) inside my nose. And it started oozing yellow brownish fluid. Now I am swollen under nose down to my lip. And it is still draining. Should I be really concerned and go to the doctor ? Thanks, Janet

Hello

Yes!! you must visit a doctor immediately, please dont delay!!
I am not scaring you, just adsicing you to not to take this lightly and meet your doctor immediately. You will need drainage of the pus and antibiotics otherwise it will spread on your face and can even reach the brain.
Please go to the doctor as soon as possible.
Take care
