hello and welcome to HCM forum,
i would be glad to answer your query, according to the dental history provided by you i would like to inform you that until i check your oral cavity clinically, i cannot tell you which tooth is responsible for causing pain, but yes it may be either due to the wisdom tooth (if it has not yet erupted or if its erupting) or it can be following the filling on your two teeth.
sometimes, the cavity is too near to the
nerve of the tooth that following placement of the filling, pain occurs.
i advise you to see your
dentist to avoid spreading of infection,
i recommend antibacterial(
betadine) mouth wash(twice/day),
and continue with warm saline rinses(3-4 times/day), but remember it will only provide temporary relief, therefore its important to visit a dentist.
i hope i answered your query,
i wish you good health.
