do you had pain on your tooth when it was getting filled.
your filled tooth has effected by secondary carries,or deep dental caries.the pain may be associated with fractured restoration or due to marginal leakage.
overhanging restoration can also cause pain .
since your 2 adjacent teeth are filled,there is chance of food lodgement or gingivitis or proximal carries.
visit your dentist,get an x-ray of the tooth.we can treat based on that.
if the decay has effeted pulpal and periapical area,root canal treatment has to be done.if the decay has effected coronal pulp only,then pulp capping has to be done.if the decay is too widely effected the tooth structure,it has to be extracted.
take antibiotcs complete course according to your dentist's prescription.
avoid hot and cold,solid food in that area.

i would like to tel you that a deep cavity mostly reaches nerve
area called pulp and it not treated by filling.root canal
hav to be done.
in your case either your wisdom tootj is impacted or
there was deep cavity which should have undergone
root canal treatment rather than filling.
you need to undergo dental xray of that region for confirmatory
diagnosis.
antibiotics like amoxicillin with analgesic will provide
relief.
rinse mouth with warm saline water twice daily.

i would be glad to answer your query, according to the dental history provided by you i would like to inform you that until i check your oral cavity clinically, i cannot tell you which tooth is responsible for causing pain, but yes it may be either due to the wisdom tooth (if it has not yet erupted or if its erupting) or it can be following the filling on your two teeth.
sometimes, the cavity is too near to the nerve of the tooth that following placement of the filling, pain occurs.
i advise you to see your dentist to avoid spreading of infection,
i recommend antibacterial(betadine) mouth wash(twice/day),
and continue with warm saline rinses(3-4 times/day), but remember it will only provide temporary relief, therefore its important to visit a dentist.

I went through your history & want to ask you few more questions:-
-have you got your wisdom teeth erupted?
-did you had pain even after getting restoration done?
-does your pain aggravates on taking something hot?
Without proper clinical examination we can't give diagnosis.You need to get an IOPAR done.
It might be due to some faulty restoration or secondary caries.It can also be due to food lodgment in between restored teeth.You might need root canal treatment if decay has progressed till pulp but before that go to your dentist for proper check up.
Meanwhile start with Amoxi-clav twice a day along with Zerodol-SP thrice a day.
Do betadine gargles 2-3 times a day.

I read your query,you did not provide the complete detail like-
1.Do you have any x-ray of the same tooth before treatment?
2.Have you had the same kind of pain before than that also?etc....
Any ways i would like to tell you that you may have the deep infection in the filled tooth and after filling pressure developed in that tooth and now you have very severe pain. In this case you should go back to your dentist and get the x-ray to be done of the same tooth,if the infection is deeper and the pain is because of the same tooth you should go for the proper treatment that is root canal treatment of the same tooth followed by crown.
Second thing this pain may be because of your wisdom tooth.Again the x-ray should be taken and if the pain is because of this wisdom tooth you should take antibiotics and pain killers followed by removal of that wisdom tooth because wisdom teeth play a very little role in chewing food.they are vestigial.

Based on what you are describing it can be a multitude of things:
-An inflamed pulp in the tooth with a large filling which is causing the tooth to become necrotic and infected
-A third molar which is coming in and causing soft tissue pain
-The tooth next to it may have what was stated above

The best bet is if you have pain in the tooth that is throbbing and keeping you up at night you have irreversible pulpitis which is an inflammatory response leading to a dying blood supply and pulp in the tooth.

You need to go to a dentist for radiographs (x-rays) and a pulp vitality test to determine if it's the tooth causing the pain, which one is causing the pain or if you have a wisdom tooth coming in.

These kind of issues are best diagnosed with evaluation. Dental pain can have a multitude of causes and each one needs to be diagnosed with proper testing by a licensed dentist.

It seems that there is infection in the pulp of teeth giving you trouble even after filling the cavity.
I think you may require Root Canal Treatment.
Consult dentist and get examined.

Throbbing pain in a filled tooth is suggestive of infection in the tooth. This might be due to a large filling which is near to the pulp or decay below the filling. An X - ray will help to see what is the condition below the filling and whether there is infection near the roots of the tooth.
You should visit your dentist, get an X - ray done. If the tooth will be restorable, Root canal treatment will save your tooth. Meanwhile you can take some pain killers to control the pain till you get definite treatment.

Hi,
There are so many reasons why the tooth is troubling you with pain
-If the restoration/filling is deep then it hurts u
-Even if the filling is little high(high point) u'll have pain in that particular tooth
-It might be because of wisdom tooth also
Better is to get one dental x-ray(IOPA) to rule out the correct cause and get treated accordingly
