Biopsy Test Endometrium Proliferative With Blood Clots And Strips Of Squamous Epithelium . How Long It Takes To Cure?

My wife biopsy test shows endometrium.proliferative phase.....with blood clots and strips of squamous epithelium....plz suggest me what to do...my doctor is saying to do all tests.....and plz tell me that can it be cured to get fertile and what time does it takes to be pregnant
