Hello and welcome to HCM,
Yellow colored urine can occur due to dehydration, jaundice, or intake of drugs like vitamin B complex.
Are you taking any drug?
Drink plenty of water and observe for any change in color of the urine.
If the color does not normalize you can get bilirubin levels to look for any evidence of jaundice.
Blood in urine can be present due to trauma to the urinary tract, infection, or some growth.
You can get urine examination done for any evidence of infection.
Irregular periods are normal in healthy menstruating females.
Observe your cycles for few more months.
If the periods are irregularly irregular, you need to consult your gynecologist.
In menstrual cycles, blood clots can be expelled which appear as brown colored rather than bright red color.
So, there is nothing to worry.

Thanks and take care
