Hi
A dog bite on face can have dangerous consequences - RABIES is the greatest threat - and a bite at the face can hasten the onset to just a few days.
NO one survives Rabies - 100% mortality.
There is NO treatment for Rabies.
But it can be PREVENTED. She must go the nearest hospital and get Human Rabies Immuno Globulin AND Vaccine - 4 (at times 5) doses given at specific periods
A tetanus toxoid is also usually given
Regarding cosmetic effects the best person to help will be a plastic surgeon (facio-maxillary surgeon)
Delay is dangerous - act now
Take care
Good luck
