Black Dot On Head Of Penis, No Itching. Had Homosexual Relationships. Should I Be Worried?

I have a miniscule black dot on the head ofy penis, dimilar to a black head in size. It does not rise off the skin or indent; nor does it itch or have any real effect. I have had oral sex with a male but there wrre no sores in my mouth nor did I swallow? Should I be worried? Iy didn't show up until a month later and there is only one..

Usually, the presence of such spots on the penis are due to pigmentation, but if you did indeed have sexual contact with your penis being directly involved, I would advise you to visit a doctor and get physically examined to diagnose the condition, as it is difficult to predict the cause from an online consultation.

I would also advise you to abstain from all forms of sexual contact till you visit your doctor and he/she deems it harmless.
