Black Shiny Pimple Inside Penis Head, 2 Urine Streams Come At The Start Of Urination, Join Into One. No Pain. Remedy?

Hi! I have a black shiny pimple inside my penis head, close to urethera. I have no pain or painful urination. However, urine stream seems to go astray.
I had this urination problem started about a week ago. I felt a sort of a kick in the head of the penis at the end of urine. I met a urologist and he asked me to use antibiotics. Now I don't feel that kick or jerk in the head of penis but still 2 urine streams appear to come at the start and then join into one. Also, yesterday I noticed that black pimple/bump inside the head

Hello
Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have noticed spraying of urinary stream due to Pimple at the opening of your urethra,( External Meatus).

This is due to infection of the terminal urethra.You have already been prescribed antibiotics by your Urologist.

Continue to take it for 10 days. You can gently squeeze out the meatus and remove the infected material to remove the obstruction causing spraying of the stream.

There is nothing to worry it will get resolved in a week.
