Hey Doc for the last 2 days I have had melana, bitter mouth, furry spotted tounge and the need to drink tons of water. I am 38yo, smoker, non-drinker. I also have mil nausea , no vomiting no fever .

Hi well come to HCM.
Since you have melena and you are smoker there are all the chanes of having peptic
ulcer which is giving bleeding. Consult gastro enterologist immediately and get done
endoscopy other wise all the chances of massive blood loss, and at times perforation
if the ulcer is very deep. Thanks
