hi,
it is possible to bleed after insertion of iucd because of the hormonal imbalance caused by it.
it would be good to also do bhcg as well to rule out pregnancy as early pregnancy sometimes may not be able to be picked up by ultrasound.
the other reason could be its your normal menses flow that you have got.
