I have gone through your history and understood your concern according to your history there is less chance of pregnancy bymut can't say absolutely no there for have urine pregnancy test. Please do not use Ipill so so much use other contraceptive method, like IUD insertion or contraceptive pills or condoms etc., bleeding is normally after taking I pill that do not tell about pregnancy.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
