Bleeding Heavily With Abdominal Pain And Dizziness After Period Weeks Ago. Should I Be Concerned?

I have had irregular menstrual cycles for about three years now. The past year they have presumably gotten worse. I have been bleeding heavily for seven days now with lower abdominal pain dizziness extreme fatigue jitters etc. My last cycle was less than two weeks ago. Should I be concerned?

As you mentioned that this type of bleeding ( irregular ) is from last three years , yes pretty long time .
As you mentioned that there is pain in abdomen so this bleeding may be due to any disease in uterus ( because contraction of uterus develop such type of pain).Get in an ultrasound of uterus as this is ( bleeding) a cause of concern. You must consult a Gynecologist and get his opinion.
The dizziness , extreme fatigue may be due to loss of blood ( in excess amount from last three years).
The next reason of such bleeding may be Poly Cystic Ovarian Disease . Get in ultrasound of both ovaries to rule out pcod.
Hormonal imbalance is one another cause , get in blood for estrogen , progesterone assessment .
In my opinion consult a gynecologist for expert consultation.
