Bleeding In Big Toe After Falling, Dressed It. Yellow Clear Fluid Started Leaking Later. Concerned

Hi there. I feel down a ditch and landed on my big toe. it bleed for 2 days. I went to the hospital. they adv that it was not broken. they dressed it for a few days and advised that the nail would fall out eventually. I do not have any pain but for the last few days a yellow clear fluid is leaking. Everytime I step on it, it leaks. I have asked the hospital who advised that there is nothing to be concerned about. I am beginnşng to think otherwise!! Pls help x

The hospital people advised rightly.
As long as the wound is raw some fluid will be leaking which will ultimately disappear
