Bleeding In Inside Of Elbow, Previously Had Shingles. Related?
My wife s arm just started bleeding in the inside bend of her elbow . She has had shingles a couple of years ago and a rash has came upp on her arm again about two months ago and shed says it feels like the shingles. She was also diagnosed with a staph infection about 6 months ago. Could all of these issues be related?

Hi i do not think bleeding inside the elbow with shingles 2yrs and two backs back .it can only present as post herpetic neuraliga not bleeding and even the staph infection 6months back can cause bleeding in elbow region.first rule out any injury to inside the elbow to rule out it.rule out bleeding disorders by doing ct.bt .prothrombin time .if they are abnormal consult haematologist.do not forget to rule out infections
