Bleeding In Small Amount, Dark Color, Bloating, Lower Abdominal Pain. D And C Previously Done. Advise?

i,m 52 i have not ha a menstrual cycle in 3 yrs i have been bleeding/small amount of a drarkish color red im bloated and alway seem to have lower stomach pain. i had a D an C at least 6 yrs ago. i have no means to see a doctor i have no insurance or any health care. but im quiet concercened this is causing weight gain andstress.

thanx for your query.
well u are 52 yeas and this is a case of post menopausal bleeding .
u will require a d and c again to see for endometrial carcinoma as this is very common in this age group.
get a scan done to see for endometrial thickness .if it is more than 4 mm it is doubtful. u might require endometrial sampling to see for ruling out infection or carcinoma.byeeee.
