Bloated Lower Abdomen, Leaking Feeling After Urination. Negative UTI Results. Treatment?

I feel my lower abdomen is bloated. I am 35 years old woman, regular cycle, weight if 56 kg, height is 5ft 3 in, mother of 11 year old girl. there is swelling in my lower part and Ieel leak just after coming out of the loo especially when I bend. please advise, iam not diabetic not on any medication, healthy otherwise. I got my test done for urine infection its normal. my dr. advised an ultrasound. can swelling go away with any medicine.

you have ? swelling in vaginal area and urinary incontinance..
you could be having uterine prolapse which can be easily diagnosed with physical examination..
see your gynaecologist for this..
