HI
Thank for asking to HCM
This could be kind of nonspecific pain which may appears at any time and goes away without any treatment, several hypothesis are there for this but more supportive is colicky abdominal pain may be due to hyperactive peristalsis, in such situation the bed rest is the best way to rid of this if does not relieved with this then antispasmodic treatment gives nice result, hope this may be helpful to you have nice day.
