Bloating Due To Patch After Complete Hysterectomy. Hot Flashes, Night Sweats, Weightgain, Mood Swings. No Help From Ambren. Remedy?
Hi I have a complete hysterctomy 1yr ago. Doctor put me on the patch which only made me bloated. I stop the patch and started Ambren ( which I thought) would help with hot flashes, night sweats, weight gain (mid- section), and mood swings. it's not working what else is recommended that is natural an actual works. I'm 43yrs old. Help

THe total hysterectomy is to be followed by hormonal replacements. The replacements can be only estrogen or estrogen and progesteron combined.
Please visit your doctor & get the patch changed . usually only estrogen patches are given to control hot flashes.But again other health status needs to be considered before prescribing. So better your treating Gynacologist decids it.
Ambren is a nutritional supplement for treating menopause.You can continue it.
