Bloating, Gurgling, Gas With Pressure, Cramps, Frequent Urination. Could This Be Celiac Or Gluten Intolerance?

Hi,

For the past 5 days, I have been having issues with gas, pressure, bloating and gurgling. My gut is making lots of noise. I have done cramping here and there and now have slight frequent urination. I am not on any meds and never was one to take over the counter meds or prescription.

I eat mostly organic foods. I take digestive enzymes but not helping, lately.

Could this be celiac or gluten-intolerance? The gurgling and gas is throughout my whole gut. Moves all over. Not specific to one location. Bowels look normal and of color... Usually a dark green color. I was taking chlorophyll supplements but ran out.

I am a 42 year old female, 5.3, 155 lbs

Hello,
I have gone through your query and understand your concern.
There are plenty of causes for gurgling and cramps in abdomen.
few important causes are
1.Irritable bowel syndrome
2. Acid reflex- Gastroesophageal reflex disease
3. Food intolerence

Please do the following investigations
1. Upper GI Endoscopy
2. Colonoscopy
3. Stool examination for occult blood
4. Ultrasound abdomen and pelvis
then consult with a Gastroenterologist.
