I have no pain or illness and my blood results are as follows: Haematocrit 0.391 L/L Erythrocytes 4.85x10^12/L M.C.V 81 FL M.C.H 28 Pg M.C.H.C 345 gm/L Leucocytes 7.5X10^9/L Neutrophils 4.125x10^9/L Lymphocytes 2.925x10^9/L Monocytes 0.3x10^9/L Eosinophils 0.15x10^9/L ESR 27mm Platelets 309x10^9/L W.B.C 3x10^6/L R.B.C 1x10^6/L All the results seem to be within the healthy range except for ESR? what should i do?

Raised ESR iindicates the presence of an illness. It doenst point a specific illness. ESR result combined with symptoms, history and some other confirmatory tests can diagnose an illness. Usually its a chronic inflammation somewhere.
If you have no symptoms, just wait for a month and repeat the test.
