Blood Analysis Done. What Does The Result Interpret?
Hi Dr. Dorian! I would like to ask regarding the result of the cbc of my daughter all are normal except the segmenters which she got 0.67, what does it mean? below are the result of the cbc: hemoglabin: 143 hematocrit: 0.43 wbc: 15.0 segmenters: 0.67 lymphocytes: 0.33 Platelet count: adequate Will you please to help us interpret the result of the cbc of my 19 yr. daughter. Hello welcome to health care magic The results of your daughter are normal.. Segmenters means those are polymorphonuclear leucocytes that is neutrophils. Generally they constitute about 67% of total WBC..they calculated total WBC as 1 and neutrophils as 0.67..that is normal..remaining of WBC or leucocytes that constitutes 33% that is 0.33.. Don't worry about your daughter's blood report they are absolutely normal. hope you understand my answer Thank you Dr.siddartha
