How To Interpret Semen Analysis Result?

I got my semen analysis back her are my results Apearance normal, comment = DNR, Leukocytes = Few, Liquefaction = Upon Receipt, Motility =51, PH = 8.0, Red Blood Cells =Few, Sperm concentration 20.1, sperm morphology =29, time of motility 60, volune 3.0. Is this ok and what does "Few" mean for Leukocytes and red bood cells, is that good or bad?

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of semen analysis is as follows:
The volume of 3 ml and pH of 8 are within normal limits.
The motility of the sperms is 51% however, no comment is made regarding percentage of sperms with progressive motility.
Atleast 42 % of sperms should have forward progressive motility.
25% of sperms have been reported to have normal morphology.
However, atleast 50% sperms should have normal morphology.
Nothing has been mentioned about the sperm counts. A normal semen sample should have atleast 20 million sperms / ml.
Presence of few leukocytes and red blood cells can be seen in normal semen sample.
Presesece of plenty of leukocytes and red blood cells is significant since it signifies infection and trauma respectively.
