Hello
Welcome in H.C.M.
I have gone through your query regarding your illness for having cough with blood mixed phlegm and difficulty in breathing and swallowing, you are having altered voice , like as something is struck in throat.
The quality of voice you described is called as Muffelled voice, this is characteristic of altered voice due to growth at the base of tongue (posterior part of tongue). Therefore bumps at the posterior part of tongue which you have seen is actually the growth. When the size of this growth increases there always develop difficulty in swallowing and breathing.
Your this problem demands specialist care by E.N.T. specialist for through examination, necessary investigations and to finalized diagnosis and management.
