Hello! Thank you for the query. Hemorrhoids do give bright red blood in stool indeed. But usually does not cause other mentioned by you symptoms. And usually hemorrhoids are invisible as long as it wont get outside the anus so no hemorrhoids can be present. Blood is stool can be also caused by bacterial infection (however diarrhea should be present), inflammatory bowels disease (like Crohns disease), large intestine polyps or even colon cancer. Bloated stomach and lack of energy sound like last two mentioned conditions. So please do not neglect your symptoms and visit your doctor. Rectal examination should be done, blood work and abdominal ultrasound. You seem to need colonoscopy as well. Hope this will help. Regards.
