Blood In Urine. Blood Culture Negative. History Of Prostatitis, Enlarged Prostate. Aspirin Daily Maintenance. Suggestions?

Visible blood in urine. Pinkish to dark yellow. Male age 58. No other symptoms. Negative for infection via blood culture. Enlarged prostate & history of prostatitis. After 24 hour duration urine back to normal color. Aspirin on a daily maintenance. 81 mg. Urologist scheduled catscan and cystoscopy. First blood in urine event.

blood in the urine .
The blood in the urine in your case seems to be due enlarged prostate associated with Prostatitis.
Please go ahead and consult qualified urologist as per your schedule to get basic investigations like Ultrasound scanning,Routine urine test ,and cystoscopic examination of the bladder done to find out the cause of bleeding.
