Blood In Urine, Feels Lazy, Headache, Uncomfortable Urination, Ultra Sound Scan, CT Scan , Blood Test Reports Normal. Related To Mirena Coil?
I am experiencing blood in urine (via dip stick), extreme lethargy,headaches, feeling like a need to urinate regularly, uncomfortable urinating, soreness down below especially at night and when I lie down (relieved by holding an ice pack between legs). Have had ultra sound scan, CT scan , bloods taken, and all comes back as normal and without infection and no kidney stones . Could this be related to my Mirena Coil which was fitted 18 months ago?

After going through all available details, you have hematuria detected via dipstick.
You have been investigated and found nothing like kidney stone or urinary infection. This is good that at least it tells us nothing very serious is there.
You have frequency and soreness while urinating so there has to be something which is missed. You should visit a Urosurgeon to examine and find out if there is overactive urinary bladder is there, Urinary incontinence is there which makes you uncomfortable.
Other differential would be PID pelvic inflammatory disease which can be examined by Gynecologist and easily treated.
This could also be result of Mirena coil inside which she can examine and if necessary a trial of coil free period can be tried.
