I think that the blood that you saw post vomiting and later on in your stool are coincidental happenings and not connected. Having said that you are still left with trying to find a diagnosis for each show of blood. After vomiting you can see blood due to Mallory Wright Syndrome or as you correctly say -- rupture of vomit. But why did you vomit in the first place? In your neither regions you may have some hemorrhoids or perhaps a fissure. If any of these things persist you better see a doctor.
