Hi thanks for your question.
Common causes of haematuria (bleeding with urine) are urinary tract infection (UTI),stone in urinary tract .Ultrasound kidney cannot pick up urinary tract infection or small stones in lower part of ureter.Till your shedule appointment with urologist, continue antibiotics, take plenty of water and urinary alkalizer.
Hope this answers your question.

Hello and welcome to HCM
Blood in urine, burning, and frequency of micturation with pain are mainly due to urinary tract infection(UTI). Since your ultrasound report is normal it rules out stone and obstruction as cause of UTI.
You need not worry just get your Urine cullture and sensitivity done(will take 24-48hrs) so that appropriate antibiotics can be started. Also get your blood sugar estimation done since patients with diabetes are more prone for UTI .
Visit your urologist to get a physical examination done.
You should also drink lots of water and cranberry juice as it has shown to decrease the urinary infection.
wishing you good health
