Blood pressure has been between 178 over 125 and mostly between 140 over 100 pulse of 106 and later in the day 152 over 112 but pulse 96 at times pulse gets to 130. Also have cholesterol around 300 and low vitamin d. 44 year old white male 5.3 feet 140 pounds. Heart problems run in the family. How dangerous is my heart rate and blood pressure?
