im a 46 year old male and my blood pressure is 135 im 38 y.o. and my blood pressure is 140/100. what is the best time to check my bp. and what time do i take my pills( amlodipine)

Read your prob, BP 140/ 90 considered normal. you should check your BP at evening as in morning after over night rest there is more chance to be normal. you should take amlodipin at night or bad time for preventing its side effect like postural hypotension n vertigo.
