Dear friend, welcome and thanks for entrusting your query here at Healthcaremagic!
I am Dr. Prasad Akole (Critical Care Expert- http://bit.ly/Dr-Prasad-Akole) and am glad to address to your query here.
The liver enzymes are minimally elevated indicating some liver cell dysfunction.
The GGT (gamma glutamyl transferase ) is mildly elevated at 88 (but lab ranges may vary. confirm yours).
The elevated cupola of the diaphragm may be a normal variant or due to liver enlargement or a mass there pushing it up or to diaphragmatic paralysis.
The enzyme elevation is mild and not alarming and may be due to tumour spread into the liver or secondary to chemotherapy drug effects.
Please be guided by your treating team’s advice.
I hope to have answered your query satisfactorily. I would be glad to answer any further queries. Take care and please keep me informed of your progress at http://bit.ly/Dr-Prasad-Akole
