Endocrinologist 's  Response
Dear Shamistha, regards! as per your statement you are hypothyroid on replacement dose of 25mcg. your reports are within normal limits and definitely you can plan your pregnancy with this thyroid status. you must remember two things that while you are pregnant, monitor TSH and FT4 and see you doctor regularly. regards and all the best.

General & Family Physician Dr. Ravneet Sandhu's  Response
Hi

Thanks for your query

T3 is a little low
T4 is normal
TSH is a little low.

I think that you can go ahead with pregnancy. All you have to do is to regularly monitor your thyroid hormones during pregnancy.

Take care
