Blood Test Report, Low Hgb,hct,mcv,mch,mchc, Related To Hair Loss ?

i just got my blood tests it says low hgb,hct,mcv,mch,mchc and ferritine. what does this mean? does it relate to hair loss? if so and i get treated will my hair grow back?

Your blood report indicates that you are having microcytic Anemia.
Yes Anemia gives rise to hair loss.
Take good brand Iron capsules once a day for 2-3 months.
Take plenty of green veggies,fresh fruits.
