Blood Tests And Semen Analysis Done. Are The Findings In Normal Range?
sir, I am 32 years old and trying to impergnate my wife for last few months On my semen analysis following report was given. I request for your expert analysis and advise on diet to increase my possibility to conceive. i did my blood test and high levels of Trigycerides (244 mg/dl) and uric acid 9.5 mg/dl was found. SEMEN ANALYSIS -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- sample collection time 4.00pm sample recieving time 4.05pm volume 3ml ( normal 1-3.5ml) colour opaque white viscosity +++ liquefaction time more than 180 minutes (normal 0-30 minutes) pus cells 8-10 /hpf RBC 0-1 /hpf spermatogenic celss ------ total sperm cells 65 millions/cumm motility 1 hour motility motile -----% moderate motile -----% non motile -----% 2 hour motility motile -----% moderate motile -----% non motile -----% 3 hour motility motile -----% moderate motile -----% non motile -----% morphology normal morphology 75% abnormal morphology 25% ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Really appreciate your advises and once again thankyou for services
I have taken a look at this report and it is totally normal. The leucocytes seem high but without any symptoms, i will not be suspecting any possible infection at this time.
Please, note that it takes luck beside having normal sperms to impregnate a lady. We never rush into investigating until you have tried for at least one year without success. Because it has only been a few months, I will suggest that you continue trying and only become concerned and seek medical attention it it fails to occur within a year. This calls for regular non protected sex at least 3-4times/week.
