HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I understand your concern and your thinking, apart from the ophthalmic cause it can be treated as systemic complain and if we consider this as a systemic problems then, Migraine headache, hypoglycemia, drug history particularly drug which causes lowering of sugar, anxiety depression, phobia these are the likely causes and need be differentiate you can better understand how it would be difficult to do so, so in my opinion the first step is to see the ophthalmologist let it finish first then we will come on systemic causes but I am sure this is the ophthalmic problem and will only be solved there, have nice day.
